Toyota is seeking a motivated Sales Consultant to join our team in a customer-focused role. You will help customers find the right vehicles while delivering an exceptional buying experience, using CRM tools to document interactions and follow-ups.

The role emphasizes needs assessment, vehicle walkarounds, and presenting financing options, with goals to meet monthly sales and satisfaction targets and participate in ongoing training and certifications.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive sales experience is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and professionally, creating a welcoming dealership experience.
• Conduct a thorough needs assessment to understand each customer's vehicle requirements, budget, and lifestyle.
• Demonstrate and explain Toyota vehicle features, technology, safety systems, trim levels, and financing options.
• Perform engaging vehicle walkarounds and accompany customers on test drives.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers through follow-up and service.
• Maintain product knowledge on all Toyota models, incentives, and programs.
• Accurately complete sales documentation and ensure compliance with dealership policies.
• Utilize the dealership CRM to document customer interactions, appointments, and follow-up activities.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales, customer satisfaction, and productivity goals.
• Participate in sales meetings, product training, and manufacturer certifications.
• Maintain showroom, displays, and workspaces in a clean, professional manner.
• Assist with dealership events, promotions, and community outreach as needed.
