Job summary

GRASSOS SERVICE CENTER INC TOWING is seeking a professional Dispatcher to join our team. You will answer emergency and non-emergency calls, making quick decisions to ensure proper action is taken. The ideal candidate is highly organized, able to multi-task, and works well under pressure.

Must be able to work a flexible schedule including mornings and nights, weekdays and weekends. This part-time role offers 20-35 hours per week and Health insurance as a benefit.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Experience as Dispatcher or similar preferred.
• Excellent typing and data entry skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized with multitasking and prioritization.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus.
