Job summary

Ewing Bros Inc. is looking for a highly organized and fast-paced Dispatcher in Las Vegas. This role serves as the first point of contact for towing requests, managing incoming calls, coordinating schedules, and ensuring efficient communication between drivers and customers.

The ideal candidate will have excellent multitasking skills, a high school diploma or GED, and 1-3 years of dispatching experience. Benefits include medical insurance and a 401(k) retirement plan.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of dispatching or fast-paced operations experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license or state ID; must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to lift/move up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Answer high volumes of incoming calls related to towing services.
• Coordinate, assign, and schedule truck drivers.
• Serve as a liaison between drivers, customers, and towing office personnel.
• Maintain knowledge of Las Vegas and surrounding areas.
