Job summary

Nevada Pic A Part in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a detail-oriented Towing Dispatcher to coordinate vehicle pick-ups and driver schedules. The ideal candidate has strong secretarial and organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to manage multiple screens and software applications.

This full-time role offers an hourly pay range of $15–$17, 40 hours per week, and a focus on fast-paced, customer-focused service with safe, efficient dispatch operations.

Qualifications

• Professional communication skills – clear, friendly, and courteous with customers and drivers.
• Organized and detail-oriented – able to manage multiple screens, tabs, and calls at once without losing track.
• Strong computer skills – comfortable with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and learning company software.
• Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Able to multitask effectively while maintaining accuracy and composure under pressure.
• Customer service experience required – dispatch experience a plus.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
• Basic automotive knowledge (vehicle makes/models) is a plus, but not required.
• Team player who is professional, trustworthy, and takes pride in a clean and safe work environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer and manage incoming calls, texts, and emails from customers, vendors, and tow drivers in a professional and courteous manner.
• Collect and confirm all necessary details for each pick-up and provide customers with clear, accurate information about expected arrival times.
• Dispatch and route tow trucks efficiently based on driver proximity, availability, vehicle type, and pick-up urgency.
• Monitor and track active tows, adjusting schedules or re-routing as needed to meet deadlines.
• Coordinate daily routes for drivers, ensuring runs are optimized, printed, and reasonable in length.
• Maintain accurate digital records of calls, job details, and dispatch activity using company software and email systems.
• Serve as the main point of contact for tow drivers while they’re on the road, quickly resolving questions or concerns.
• Assist with verifying payments and completing necessary paperwork for purchased vehicles.
• Collaborate with other team members to maintain smooth operations and excellent customer service.
• Follow all company policies and safety procedures to protect people, property, and equipment.
