Job summary

Centerline is seeking a Cell Tower Top Hand to supervise tower erection, coaxial cable and antenna installation, RF testing and troubleshooting in the Windsor/Hartford CT market. Ideal candidates bring extensive cellular construction experience and strong leadership of a small crew.

You will plan daily activities, monitor safety, install and maintain microwave gear and mounts on towers, rooftops, and structures, and perform tests such as sweep, PIM, or fiber testing.

Qualifications

Experience supervising a small crew in cellular construction.
Strong commitment to safety and quality work.
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
Valid driver’s license and travel readiness.

Responsibilities

Plan daily activities for crew and assign tasks as required.
Monitor crew activities and ensure safety policies are followed.
Install and maintain microwave equipment and mounts on towers, rooftops, and structures.
Perform tests such as sweep, PIM, or fiber testing.
Install conduits, cable trays, and equipment pads for network upgrades.
Adhere to company procedures and safety rules; support customer satisfaction.
