Job summary

Centerline is looking for a Cell Tower Top Hand in the Philadelphia/NJ area, responsible for supervising construction tasks such as tower erection and antenna installation. The role requires extensive experience in cellular construction and a strong commitment to safety.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in cellular construction.
• Sweep & PIM testing certifications.
• Fiber testing certification.
• Competent Tower Climber and Rescuer Certification.
• First Aid & CPR certification.
• NWSA TTT1 & TTT2 certifications.

Responsibilities

• Plan daily activities for crew and assign tasks.
• Monitor crew activities for safety policy compliance.
• Install and maintain microwave equipment.
• Conduct testing of new and existing equipment.
• Install underground and in-building conduits.
