Nextlink is seeking a Field Operations – Tower Technician to install and maintain wireless tower electronics, cabling, and antennas across various sites. You will climb towers up to 500 feet, ensure proper hardware, alignment, and weatherproofing, and complete safety paperwork and reporting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with basic hand tools and electrical/mechanical equipment.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain tower electronics, cabling, and antennas.
• Perform tower climbs up to 500 feet with safety training.
• Inspect work for proper hardware, weatherproofing, and alignment.
• Complete JSA, reports, and coordinate with team on outages or projects.
