Job summary

Nextlink Internet is seeking a Tower Deployment specialist to install and maintain wireless tower electronics, cabling, and electrical systems. You will climb towers, lay and test power and data cables, and ensure proper antenna alignment.

The role requires strong safety discipline, ability to operate hand tools, and willingness to travel 40–60% with occasional overnight stays. A valid driver’s license is required, and on-site work is performed in outdoor environments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Knowledge of basic hand tools and mechanical/electro-mechanical equipment is expected.

Responsibilities

• Climb towers up to 500 feet to install, replace, and repair antenna systems.
• Run power, ground, fiber, Cat5e and coaxial cables and inspect telecommunications equipment.
• Ensure safety by completing JSA, using PPE, and following safety protocols.
