Job summary

Resound Networks LLC is seeking a Tower Technician to join our Wireless Infrastructure team in New Mexico. This hands-on role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing telecommunications equipment on towers and wireless network infrastructure, with a strong emphasis on safety and teamwork.

You will work outdoors, travel regularly, and participate in on-call rotations while following rigging and climbing procedures.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED is required.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Comfortable working at significant heights.
Ability to pass a DOT physical, drug test, background check, and driving record review.
Willingness to travel extensively and stay away from home when needed.
Strong work ethic and safety-first mindset.

Responsibilities

Install, upgrade, and repair cables, connectors, and RAN equipment on towers.
Install and maintain tower-top equipment, including antennas, masts, bracing, and cable supports.
Assist with system testing and network commissioning.
Ensure safe rigging, hoisting, landing, and fastening procedures.
Complete job logs, field reports, and required documentation.
Maintain tool and spare inventory.
Perform truck and trailer inspections.
Travel regularly and participate in an on-call rotation.
