Job summary

ANCO Wireless seeks Experienced Tower Technicians to join our field team. This role involves climbing towers over 300 feet to install, maintain, and troubleshoot wireless infrastructure.

You will interpret drawings, operate rigging, document site work, and uphold safety standards. Travel nationwide up to 80% and work outdoors in all conditions; CDL A is required within timeframe.

Qualifications

• Must be able to climb towers and work at heights.
• Comfort with outdoor work in variable weather conditions.
• Willingness to travel nationwide (80%+).
• Valid driver’s license with clean record and ability to obtain CDL A.

Responsibilities

• Climb communication towers to install, maintain, and troubleshoot equipment.
• Install antennas, coax, fiber, mounts and grounding.
• Interpret drawings, blueprints, and scopes of work.
• Operate rigging and hoisting equipment and ensure safety practices.
• Complete site documentation, photos, checklists and close-out reports.
• Maintain tools and equipment in safe working condition.
