The Level III Technician, Tower role requires expertise in RF configurations, testing, and safe climbing on wireless structures to install antennas, RRUs, and related equipment.

Qualifications

• OSHA 30 certification is required.
• First Aid/ CPR certification preferred.
• NWSA certification preferred.
• Ability to use Rigging Calc to plan rigging in the field.

Responsibilities

• Climb and work on communications towers for installation, replacement, and repair of antenna systems.
• Rig a tower in Class III and Class IV scenarios; install microwave dishes and RF equipment.
• Perform PIM, sweep, fiber, and antenna alignment tests on site as needed.
• Ensure safety and adhere to pre-construction and closeout photo procedures.
• Collaborate with foremen and technicians to develop skills per the CAM.
