The ideal candidate will climb towers up to 500+ ft, perform PIM/RF testing, and collaborate with senior staff to ensure quality installations and safe operations across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in wireless technologies or tower industry.
• First Aid/ CPR certification preferred.
• RF Awareness Training preferred.
• OSHA10 certification preferred.
• Valid driver license with clean record.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Decommission a tower and tower equipment safely and efficiently.
• Properly PIM test, RF Sweep test and Fiber test as requested from the top of the tower.
• Install and route coax, hybrid trunks, and all jumpers.
• Rig a tower in a Class III rigging scenario and install mounts/antennas.
• Troubleshoot RF and fiber issues using test gear and testers.
• Take pre-construction and closeout photos and support CAM career development.
