Job summary

Ontivity in Oklahoma City is seeking a Tower Tech I or II to support tower construction, antenna and line installations, and site testing across the cellular network. Candidates should be prepared for travel, variable schedules, and working at height with strict safety standards.

This role offers an energetic team atmosphere in a growing industry, with a pay range of $20-30 per hour depending on experience; CDL/A and OSHA certifications are valued.

Qualifications

• Tower construction, antenna/line and microwave installations preferred.
• Willing to travel and work long hours, including weekends.
• Comfort working at heights up to 500 feet.
• Valid driver's license; ability to obtain DOT medical card; CDL-A is a plus.
• OSHA 10/30, climber certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Climb various heights on multiple structures.
• Install antennas, mounts, cabling ladders.
• Assist in testing sites and new tower construction.
• Perform general tower maintenance.
• Troubleshoot components at cell/microwave sites.
• Uphold safety and professional conduct.
• Pursue ongoing industry education.
