Earthcom Inc. is seeking team members to join our Cell Tower services group, based in the Lansing, MI region. We welcome experienced or entry-level applicants who are eager to grow in a challenging field of wireless infrastructure.

Candidates should be willing to climb towers over 200 feet, hold or pursue relevant certifications, and be comfortable with travel. Benefits include health, dental, and retirement plans, with bonuses potential after the initial training period.

Qualifications

• Willing to climb towers/structures and work at heights above 200 feet.
• Experience with tower climbing certifications is a plus.
• Construction experience or strong mechanical aptitude preferred.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving history required.
• Pre-employment drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with maintenance of cell towers in Michigan market.
• Operate on-site in the Lansing, MI area with growth opportunities.
• Travel frequently; hotel and per diem provided.
• Climb towers/structures, perform work at height safety protocols.
