Qualifications

• Previous experience as a tower climber or in a similar field preferred.
• Must be comfortable working at heights and in outdoor environments.

Responsibilities

• Climb towers and safely perform work at heights up to 500 feet.
• Install, maintain, and repair antennas, lines, radios, and related wireless infrastructure.
• Perform tower inspections and document findings with detailed reports and photos.
• Troubleshoot and test communication equipment and cables using appropriate tools.
• Follow safety procedures and use personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
