Job summary

Nextlink Internet, a Hudson Oaks, Texas-based ISP, seeks a Field Operations – Tower professional to install, replace, and repair antenna systems on towers up to 500 feet in height, following strict safety procedures.

You will climb towers, run and test cables, inspect hardware, and complete safety analyses while coordinating with the crew. A valid driver's license, background check, and the ability to work outdoors in varied weather are required; on-the-job training is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Background with basic hand tools and electro-mechanical equipment.
• Ability to climb towers up to 250 feet.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Climb towers to install, replace and repair antenna systems.
• Inspect completed work and ensure proper fastening, alignment and weatherproofing.
• Complete Job Safety Analysis (JSA) before each climb and document work.
• Capture site photos and transport equipment to work sites.
