Job summary

Nextlink Internet is seeking a Tower Technician to install, replace, and repair antenna systems on outdoor towers and related equipment. This full-time role requires safety-focused individuals who can climb towers up to 500 feet and work with hand tools and basic electro-mechanical gear.

You'll inspect hardware, verify antenna alignment, run cabling, document work details, and take site photos. A valid driver's license, ability to pass a drug screen and background check, and willingness to

Responsibilities

  • Climb towers up to 500 feet to install, replace, and repair antenna systems.
  • Inspect hardware, ensure antennas are level and weatherproofed correctly.
  • Complete JSA before each climb and document outcomes.
  • Take site photos and run cables as needed; ensure proper cable routing and grounding.
