Job summary

Crown Castle seeks a Site Operations Manager to oversee all on-site construction, operations, and maintenance at tower sites in southern California. You will manage vendors, installs, and customer interactions while ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.

The role requires 4+ years in wireless construction/operations management, with an Associate/Bachelor degree in Construction Management and OSHA 10/30, First Aid/CPR. FAA Part 107 is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Associate degree in Construction Management or commensurate experience.
• OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 Construction Training Cards.
• First Aid and CPR Certification.
• FAA Part 107 License preferred, or ability to obtain before offer.

Responsibilities

• Perform site layout validation, on-site and field scoping.
• Ensure accurate project forecasting and resolve discrepancies.
• Coordinate permitting, inspection and code compliance.
• Manage construction quality, scope and change.
• Review site closeout documents for customer deliverables.
