Job summary

Crown Castle is seeking a Site Operations Manager (T4) to oversee on-site construction, operations and maintenance at tower sites in the Stockton/Modesto area. You will coordinate vendors, ensure safety and quality, and drive timely delivery of projects.

Ideal candidates bring a degree in construction management, 4+ years in wireless construction/ops, OSHA 10/30, First Aid/CPR, and the ability to work independently and across teams. FAA Part 107 license is a plus and may be required on offer.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management.
• 4+ years in wireless construction and operations management.
• OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 Construction Training Cards.
• First Aid and CPR Certification.
• FAA Part 107 License preferred, or ability to obtain license upon offer of employment.

Responsibilities

• Perform site layout validation, scoping on-site and in the field.
• Ensure project forecasting accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Coordinate permitting, inspection and code compliance.
• Manage construction quality, scope and construction change.
• Review site-specific closeout documents for customer specific deliverables.

Education

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management

4+ years in wireless construction and operations management

OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 Construction Training Cards

First Aid and CPR Certification

FAA Part 107 License preferred
