Job summary

Crown Castle in Ventura County seeks a Site Operations Manager (T4) to oversee all on-site construction, operations, and maintenance activities at tower sites, including customer installations and troubleshooting, while coordinating with onsite vendors and customers to uphold Crown Castle standards.

The role emphasizes safety, quality, and adherence to codes, with a focus on long-range planning and relationship building across stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management and/or commensurate experience is required.
• OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 Construction Training Cards are required.
• First Aid and CPR Certification are required.
• FAA Part 107 License preferred or ability to obtain license upon offer of employment.

Responsibilities

• Perform site layout validation, scoping on-site and in the field.
• Ensure project forecasting accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Coordinate permitting, inspection and code compliance.
• Manage construction quality, scope and construction change.
• Review site-specific closeout documents for customer specific deliverables.
