Job summary

Crown Castle is seeking a Site Operations Manager (SOM) to oversee all on-site construction, operations, and maintenance at tower sites, including customer installations and troubleshooting. You will supervise onsite vendors, ensuring compliance with policies and standards across projects in Southern California.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or commensurate experience.
• 4+ years in wireless construction and operations management.
• OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 Construction Training Cards.
• First Aid and CPR Certification.
• FAA Part 107 License preferred or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Perform site layout validation, scoping on-site and in the field.
• Ensure project forecasting accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Coordinate permitting, inspection and code compliance.
• Manage construction quality, scope and construction change.
• Review site-specific closeout documents for customer deliverables.
• Ensure protection and integrity of Crown Castle assets.
• Demonstrate safety and quality-focused execution of field operations.

Education

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management

OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 Construction Training Cards

First Aid and CPR Certification

FAA Part 107 License preferred
