Job summary

SureSite Consulting Group, LLC is seeking a Construction Field Technician III / Foreman to lead hardware delivery, installation, and commissioning during telecom deployments. You will supervise crews of three or four technicians, ensuring safety, quality, and compliance with contract specifications on site.

The role requires five years of wireless industry experience, relevant certifications, and strong teamwork.

Qualifications

Five years of wireless industry experience.
Safety, rescue, CPR certifications.
High School Diploma/GED or higher.
Anritzu / PIM / fiber testing certification.
Connector certification (Andrew, PPC, CommScope, etc.)
Experience as a tower climber or with man lifts.
Knowledge of SWEEP and PIM equipment.
Know basic GSM/UMTS/LTE architecture.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage multiple crews of 3–4 field technicians for hardware installation of towers and rooftop antenna systems.
Commission hardware and document progress in site records according to contract.
Log installation, test, close-out and inspection results; report crew hours.
Escalate QA deficiencies to site leadership and assist in issue resolution.
Manage commissioning kit contents and document component shortages and replacements.
