Mallory Safety & Supply is seeking ENSA North America instructors to teach work-at-height and rescue courses across facilities, partner sites, customer locations, and mobile towers. The role is physical and involves climbing, harness work, and live demonstrations with students.

You will help develop course content, align with quality standards, and contribute to training improvements while traveling to multiple locations in the US.

Qualifications

• Ability to comfortably work at height up to 150m.
• Comfort presenting and teaching for 8–10 hours a day in group settings.
• Valid US driver's license with clean record.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Learn and deliver ENSA training courses at various sites and on mobile towers.
• Demonstrate climbing, rescue, and equipment techniques for students.
• Follow ENSA quality management and training program requirements.
• Complete course documentation and daily updates while traveling and teaching.
