Job summary

Heartland Tower Solutions, LLC in Camby, IN is seeking a Right Hand for tower construction, equipment installation, and testing. Daily climbing and adherence to safety procedures are required; the Right Hand can stand in for the Crew Leader when unavailable.

Travel is required across the United States with hotel accommodations and a daily per diem provided. Benefits include insurance, 401K with company match, paid time off, holiday pay, and signing/referral bonuses.

Qualifications

• Experience in cellular tower construction and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Participate in daily safety and quality tailgate meetings; assist and lead as needed.
• Climb towers daily and perform installation, testing, and commissioning of equipment.
• Assist Crew Leader with daily reports and crew hours; maintain a clean job site.
• Coordinate with vendors and customers; follow paperwork/documentation requirements for each project.
• Rig and route coax, fiber, and power wiring; install and troubleshoot equipment as needed.
