Heartland Tower Solutions in Camby, IN seeks a Construction Manager to plan, coordinate and control civil and tower construction projects from inception to completion. You will ensure client requirements are met, provide on-site leadership, and train crews to work safely and efficiently.

Travel is required and competitive pay with benefits is offered. You will oversee crews and subcontractors, ensure paperwork and safety standards are followed, and maintain project schedules and quality

• Work with Construction Coordinator for order/delivery of materials and tools.
• Assist with training and direction to crews for safety and efficiency.
• Be knowledgeable about the job site information and conditions.
• Perform bid walks and pre-construction meetings when needed.
• Notify appropriate parties of issues affecting operations.
• Oversee employees and subcontractors.
• Comply with company standards, policies, and procedures.
• Monitor compliance with regulations.
• Ensure crews follow safety standards and paperwork is up to date.
• Motivate crew members and maintain morale.
• Monitor and direct progress of the construction site.
• Ensure work is completed on schedule and with best practices.
• Ensure facilities and vehicles are maintained and serviced.
