Heartland Tower Solutions, LLC is hiring a Tower Crew Leader in Camby, IN. The role leads a small crew through tower construction, maintenance, repair, and installation of antennas, radios, coax, and fiber equipment on towers and buildings. Travel is required with hotel accommodations and a daily per diem provided.

Qualifications

• Must have three or more years of experience in cellular tower construction and maintenance.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• 3+ years of LA experience with cellular upgrade, sweep testing, PIM testing, fiber testing, LOS tools, troubleshooting.

Responsabilités

• Lead daily JSA and safety meetings with the crew.
• Inspect all Personal Protective Equipment daily.
• Delegate tasks to crew members and monitor completion.
• Supervise installation of towers, antennas, mounts, coax and related equipment.
• Deliver daily reports and closeout documentation on time.
