Heartland Tower Solutions, LLC is hiring an entry-level Tower Installer in Camby, IN. The role involves tower construction, equipment installation, service, and testing under Crew Leader supervision.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED required.
• Must maintain OSHA and state/federal training as mandated.
• Valid unrestricted driver's license; insurable by company insurer.
• Preferred but not required: DOT physical, CDL.

Responsibilities

• Attend daily safety and quality tailgate meetings.
• Inspect PPE daily.
• Perform tower construction tasks and install/service equipment.
• Keep job site, truck, and trailer clean and secure; ensure tools/equipment are picked up daily.
• Report to Crew Leader daily and coordinate with crew to meet work schedule.
• Take detailed pre/post photos of tasks and complete required reports.
• Maintain professional appearance reflecting Heartland's mission and standards.
