Hightower Communications, Inc. is seeking experienced Tower Hands (Top-Hands) and Crew Leads to join our growing team in Kentucky. You will construct, install, and maintain wireless systems while upholding safety and quality standards.

Travel to job sites is required; you will perform tower inspections, rigging, and testing, and you will lead a small crew when assigned. Competitive pay and benefits accompany a strong team culture focused on safety and career growth.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Tower Hand, Top-Hand, or Crew Lead.
• Knowledge of tower safety & rigging.
• Clean driving record, background check, & drug test required.
• Maintenance experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Construct, install & maintain wireless systems.
• Perform tower inspections & repairs.
• Troubleshoot (sweep & PIM testing, fiber testing).
• Work outdoors with a strong team focused on safety.
