Job summary

Viaero Wireless is seeking a Telecommunications Tower Quality Inspector to inspect, document, repair and analyze tower installations across Nebraska, Kansas and Colorado. You’ll evaluate structure, equipment placement, and compliance with industry standards.

Candidates must have at least 2 years of tower climbing experience; travel 50–75% of the week; climb towers up to 450 ft with safety gear; valid driver’s license; ability to relocate to Nebraska if needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of telecommunications tower climbing experience.
• Minimum 3 years within the wireless tower industry.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving history for the past 3–5 years.
• Ability to pass pre-employment checks (background, MVR & substance screening).
• Ability to travel 50–75% of the work week.
• Must relocate to Nebraska if not a current resident.

Responsibilities

• Inspect tower structure and equipment to verify industry standards.
• Audit close out packages for completeness and accuracy.
• Audit tower drawings against actual construction for accuracy.
• Audit tower equipment inventory for accuracy.
• Document and perform repairs when necessary.
• Climb towers daily up to 450 ft with proper safety gear.
