Job summary

Ontivity Mountain Wireless in Colorado is seeking Tower Technicians to support telecom installations, tower construction, and maintenance. You will follow safety and quality guidelines while building 5G infrastructure and microwave/cellular systems.

You must have a valid driver's license, be comfortable with long hours and travel, and mentor crew members. The role offers competitive hourly pay and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must have valid Driver’s License.
• Ability to pass a background check for government security clearances.
• Construction and maintenance experience of Self-Support and Guyed towers, monopoles and antenna structures.
• General tower safety knowledge and proper PPE usage.
• Willingness to travel up to 70% and work non-structured hours.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule work activities for crew and equipment.
• Ensure safety and quality guidelines are met on site.
• Climb towers and install antennas and mounts.
• Maintain PPE and complete required paperwork and logs.
• Mentor tower hands and supervise on-site tasks.
