Job summary

Ontivity is seeking a Civil Foreman to join our team responsible for constructing and maintaining telecommunications towers and related infrastructure. You will lead a crew, ensure safety, and operate equipment for trenching, foundations, and conduit installations across multiple sites.

New hires undergo two-day orientation with required training and certifications before mobilizing to the jobsite. Travel up to four weeks may be required and a wage range of $35–$45 per hour, DOE, is offered.

Qualifications

• Able to read and interpret construction drawings, piping diagrams, job specifications, mounting specs, testing procedures, etc.

Responsibilities

• Must value safety over and above all other considerations.
• Participate in daily JHA/tailgate meetings with crew.
• Lead crew in completing jobs in a safe and efficient manner. This includes running equipment for trenching, foundation excavations, and roadway installs, installing rebar, pouring foundations, installing grounding systems and utility conduits, taking photos for close out documentation, and running test equipment.
• Stay up to date on assigned training and certifications.
• Assist with maintenance of vehicles and equipment, tool inventory, etc.
