Glanbia Dairy Nutrition is seeking a Production Team Leader at the Blackfoot Plant to ensure product quality and adherence to procedures. The role involves sanitizing towers, operating towers in manual and automatic modes, managing cheese bag inventories, breaking down towers during CIP, and maintaining strict safety and GMP standards.

The position requires ability to work weekends/overtime, reading and writing instructions in English, and dependable teamwork.

Qualifikationen

• Must be dependable and trustworthy.
• Must be accurate in taking samples and performing tests.
• Ability to operate (or learn to operate) necessary equipment.
• Ability to stand and walk the entire shift if needed.
• Ability to read and write instructions in English.
• Must be able to work weekends, and overtime as required.

Aufgaben

• Sanitize towers every two hours.
• Run towers in manual and auto mode.
• Perform accurate inventory of cheese bags.
• Break down of Tower during CIP.
• Understanding of chemicals and their uses.
• Safely handle, measure, mix, and dispose of cleaning chemicals used in CIP.
• Proper cleaning of block conveyor lines.
• Proper GMP in ready to eat area.
• Comply with safety and food safety regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Regular and timely attendance required.
