Job summary

Glanbia Nutritionals, Inc. is seeking a Production Operator to run a spray dryer and support CIP processes. You will monitor equipment, collect samples, adjust specifications, and maintain accurate logs to support product quality and safety standards.

You must have a high school diploma or GED, forklift and scissor lift certification, and a strong commitment to safety and teamwork. Growth opportunities exist within a dynamic production environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred or equivalent experience.
• Forklift and scissor lift certification required.
• Ability to run, or learn to run and troubleshoot all equipment in.
• Excellent attendance and safety record.
• Desire to grow with the company.

Responsibilities

• Operate the dryer to manufacture product to required specifications.
• Review equipment status and record findings.
• Test product and make adjustments as needed.
• Maintain log sheets and ensure proper operation and temperature settings.
• Perform CIP on all equipment as required.
• Keep a clean work environment and adhere to safety SOPs.
• Attend required training and complete quizzes to stay proficient.
• Complete safety activities, plant meetings, near misses, and BBSs.
• Record results in the quality system and comply with safety policies.
