Job summary

Glanbia Nutritionals Inc. Gooding Whey Plant is seeking a Production Team Leader to oversee warehouse operations, ensure cheese is received, stored and loaded safely and efficiently.

You will supervise team members, partner with the Warehouse Manager, and drive continuous improvement while upholding GMP, safety standards, and customer specifications.

This on-site role may include day or night shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to operate and troubleshoot warehouse equipment at Gooding Cheese Warehouse.
• Ability to drive or learn to drive a forklift.
• Commitment to safety, quality and timely product handling.
• Strong attendance and punctuality record.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions in English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee receiving, documenting and put-away of cheese.
• Assist Warehouse Manager in efficient warehouse operations.
• Load trucks safely, promptly and accurately.
• Ensure loaded product meets customer specifications.
• Cover for operators as needed.
• Support plant management on projects and GMP adherence.
• Maintain occupational safety and food safety standards.
