Job summary

Concordia Group is seeking an experienced Tower Crew Chief (Foreman) to lead Tower Technicians in the construction, installation, and maintenance of wireless communication systems. This hands-on leadership role prioritizes safety, quality, and developing technicians into future leaders.

The role supervises 1–4 technicians on-site, coordinates daily activities, and ensures work is completed safely and to high standards while providing daily progress updates to leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of telecom foreman or lead technician experience.
• Authorized Climber Certification required.
• Anritsu Sweep Certification.
• Commscope Connector Tool Certification.
• NSN or Ericsson PTID certifications.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to climb 200-300 feet and work in all weather conditions.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
• Willingness to travel for extended durations.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and mentor Tower Technicians.
• Plan and execute daily construction activities.
• Oversee all job site operations: materials and inventory, tools and equipment, workforce coordination.
• Develop and report daily construction plans and material requests.
• Conduct Job Hazard Assessments and daily safety tailgate meetings.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure quality installation of antennas, radios, fiber, and RF systems.
• Communicate daily progress to leadership and train crew members for advancement.
