Qualifications

• Valid drivere2fe4ce is required.
• Towing experience is required.
• A good driving record is essential.
• Good attendance is expected.
• Strong customer service and communication skills are required.
• Must be able to pass a drug test and background check.
• Physical ability to lift 50 pounds and work in various weather conditions.
• Knowledge of Milwaukee roads and traffic patterns is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a tow truck to load and transport vehicles.
• Respond promptly to dispatch calls for accident recovery, stolen vehicles, and other incidents.
• Ensure proper vehicle hookups and secure loads for safe transport.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and law enforcement.
• Provide professional and courteous communications in stressful situations.
• May assist in removing or preparing damaged vehicles for towing.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform routine safety inspections.
• Adhere to DOT regulations and company safety policies.
• Complete required paperwork and towing reports.

Are tow operators are paid an hourly wage, plus overtime, plus bonus opportunity. Our tow operators typically earn between $55,000 – $85,000 per year.

Third Shift Options:

• Tuesday – Saturday 12:00 AM – 9:00 AM
• Monday – Friday 11:00 PM – 6:00 PM
• Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday8:00PM – 6:00AM (4-day work week)

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a tow truck to load and transport vehicles.
• Respond promptly to dispatch calls for a wide range of assistance that can include accident recovery, stolen vehicles, parking violations, vehicle relocation and more.
• Ensure proper vehicle hookups and secure loads for safe transport.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and law enforcement as needed.
• Provide professional and courteous communications to customers in stressful situations.
• May remove, bend, or cut parts of damaged vehicles preparatory to towing.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and complete routine inspections to ensure safety and compliance.
• Adhere to all DOT regulations and company safety policies.
• Complete required paperwork, including towing reports and customer receipts.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license.
• Towing experience is required
• Good Driving record
• CDL is a plus but not required
• Good attendance record
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Physical ability to lift 50 pounds, bend & maneuver in tight places.
• Must be able to work in various weather conditions.
• Knowledgeable of Milwaukee roads and traffic patterns.
