All City Towing LLC in Milwaukee is hiring experienced Tow Truck Operators for third shift (9 PM–6 AM or 12 AM–9 AM). You will handle general towing, flatbed transport, relocations, and accident recovery, delivering fast on-scene response and professional service.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year operating a tow truck.

Responsibilities

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

We are adding experienced Tow Truck Operators to our third shifts. We are the towing partner to police and Sheriff with a quick on-scene time response commitment, so our operators are kept busy.

You'll run a mix of general towing, flatbed transport, relocations, accident recovery, relocations, and more. Third Shift: Monday - Friday 9PM - 6AM OR Tuesday - Saturday 12AM - 9AM

Responsibilities

Safely operate a flatbed tow truck to load and transport vehicles. Respond promptly to dispatch calls for a wide range of assistance that can include: accident recovery, stolen vehicles, parking violations, vehicle relocation and more. Ensure proper vehicle hookups and secure loads for safe transport. Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and law enforcement as needed. Provide professional and courteous communications to customers in stressful situations. Maintain your truck and equipment to a high standard. May remove, bend, or cut parts of damaged vehicles preparatory to towing. Maintain vehicle cleanliness and complete routine inspections to ensure safety and compliance. Adhere to All Company Safety Policies. Complete Required Paperwork, Including towing reports and customer receipts.

OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of 1 year of operating a tow truck.
• CDL a plus Good Driving record Good attendance record Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Physical ability to lift 50 pounds, bend & maneuver in tight places.
• Must be able to work in all weather conditions.
