Job summary

Silver Lake Auto & Tire Centers is hiring a Tow Truck Operator for full-time day shifts or on-call part-time hours. The role offers strong rewards including a $40K–$90K+ salary range, health plans, PTO, holidays, 401(k), paid training, and growth opportunities.

Towing offices are in New Berlin, with a team-first culture focused on safety and service. Requirements include being at least 18, a valid license with a clean record, and the ability to lift 75 pounds.

Qualifications

• CDL is not required, but it is preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid Driver's License with an immaculate driving record.
• Ability to safely lift 75 pounds unassisted.
• Well presented - clean, friendly, and polite.

Responsibilities

• Perform emergency road service, towing, accident recovery, and abandoned vehicle recovery using assigned truck and towing equipment correctly as trained.
• Represent appropriate company image through excellent service, safe operation, and timeliness.
• Maintain truck and equipment.
• Perform necessary documentation accurately and timely.
