All City Towing is seeking an experienced Dispatcher to coordinate towing and transportation operations. You’ll be part of a command center that keeps drivers moving, customers informed, and jobs completed safely and on time.

The role requires previous dispatch experience in towing/transport/logistics, strong multitasking, and excellent customer service. You will handle calls, track ETAs, and maintain records from a fast-paced work environment in Milwaukee.

Qualifications

• Previous dispatch experience in towing/transport/logistics required.
• Fast-paced, high-volume environment with strong multitasking skills.
• Excellent phone manner and customer service.
• Able to stay calm and make good decisions under pressure.
• Solid computer skills; experience with dispatch software a plus.
• Good knowledge of Milwaukee metro area roads and geography.
• Reliable, punctual and team-oriented.

Responsabilités

• Dispatch tow trucks and auto hauling drivers based on location, equipment, and priority.
• Schedule and coordinate auto dealer transport jobs, including pickups, deliveries, and routing.
• Receive and process incoming service calls from customers, police, and commercial accounts.
• Track driver status, job progress, and ETAs in real time.
• Balance priorities between emergency tow calls and scheduled transport work.
• Enter and maintain accurate records, notes, and billing information.
• Communicate clearly with drivers, customers, and team members.
• Escalate issues promptly and follow established procedures.
• Support a safe and effective work environment by making sound dispatch decisions.

All City Towing is a next-level towing and transportation company looking for a professional, experienced, organized, and calm-under-pressure Dispatcher to coordinate both our towing operations and our transportation operations. You’ll be part of our command center that keeps drivers moving, customers informed, and jobs completed safely and on time.

Hours are first shift, Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM. As part of a 24/7 operational team, this person will be expected to work some holidays.

What You’ll Do

• Dispatch tow trucks and auto hauling transport drivers efficiently based on location, equipment, and priority
• Schedule and coordinate auto dealer transport jobs, including pickups, deliveries, and routing
