• Operate a tow truck to provide tow service to customer vehicles on the SAAA parking lot and in different locations as needed. May require the use of dollies.
• Operate a front-end loader for loading, unloading, and moving vehicles around the lot for auction shops.
• Properly affix tow truck and front-end loader to vehicles, ensuring no damage or danger during towing. Release vehicles safely from the tow truck.
• Haul vehicles to directed areas in a safe and courteous manner.
• Scan each towed vehicle using the TC75 to record the delivery location.
• Assist employees and customers with towing, jump-starting batteries, unlocking vehicles, and locating vehicles using Lot Vision, as requested.
• Tow vehicles to the mechanic shop as needed.
• Remove improperly parked vehicles to the customer lot as requested.
• Perform routine maintenance on tow truck and front-end loader (e.g., oil changes, tire changes).
• Operate trucks and loaders in compliance with safety regulations.
• Assist with lot operations and sale day activities when not operating tow trucks.
• Demonstrate safety commitment by following all safety procedures and actively participating in safety activities.
• Run reports to move vehicles into the sale TRA area for auction.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
• May be required to work overtime as needed.

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED and 5 years' experience in a related field, or
• Equivalent combination of education and 3 years' experience, or 7 years' experience in a related field.
• Valid driver's license and safe driving record.

Hourly pay rate: $17.74 - $26.59, with potential additional compensation such as commissions or incentives.

Benefits include at least sixteen hours of paid time off per month, seven paid holidays, and additional leave options.
