J&R Schugel continues its commitment to drivers in 2025! We offer CDL Class A Reefer and Van opportunities, including Dedicated, Regional, and OTR driving positions.

Located in New Ulm, MN, we provide miles of opportunities with a competitive starting pay. Our routes cover I-35, extending east into the Midwest, south to Texas, and reaching parts of the Northeast and Southeast, served by multiple strategic terminals.

Our investment of $65 million in new, state-of-the-art equipment ensures a better driving experience. We feature late-model tractors and trailers with APUs, and offer accessorial pay, detention pay, and layover pay. We do not force dispatch to NYC, and offer stop pay (excluding first and last pick-up/drop-off). Pet and rider programs are available, and military experience is accepted.

Compensation Highlights

1. Pay Range: $0.57 CPM – $0.66 CPM
2. Weekly Pay: $1,200 - $1,600
3. Onboarding Bonus: $500

6. Weekly direct deposit payroll settlements

Requirements

1. Minimum age of 21
2. Valid CDL-A license
3. Pass DOT physical and drug screen
4. Safe driving record (no serious violations or irresponsible driving patterns)
5. At least 6 months of OTR or regional CDL A driving experience in the last 3 years
