Responsibilities

• Assist with payments, reservations, and itinerary planning for local attractions.
• Provide area information, directions, and show details.
• Coordinate with vendors for entertainment, dining, and lodging.
• Prepare and distribute vouchers for shows and restaurants.
• Communicate updates to Sales Managers and Admin Leads.
• Maintain accurate daily reports and tour profiles.
• Keep the lobby clean and stocked with materials.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve guest concerns.
