Job summary

Princess Cruises and Holland America Line is seeking a Supervisor, Tour Director to support Escorted Tour Operations in Alaska. The role focuses on real-time problem solving, staff support, and ensuring smooth tour operations and guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include supervising Tour Directors, coordinating with Guest Services Operations, and preparing tour start documents.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of customer service experience.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Ability to obtain a valid passport and entry to Canada as required.
• Must be able to work in the United States and cross into Canada as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform all administrative tasks within the designated location.
• Oversee Tour Directors and maintain a professional supervisor relationship.
• Relay tour information or deviations to Guest Services Operations.
• Coordinate with other Supervisors and the Escorted Tour Operations Manager.
• Prepare documents for Tour Directors to start a tour.
• Brief and debrief Tour Directors with complete paperwork.
• Assist Tour Directors with special guest requests including luggage and flights.
• Evaluate Tour Directors’ performance during and after the season.
• Handle special assignments as required.
