Job summary

MatchaTalent is seeking a Partnership Executive – Tour Guide Acquisition to source and evaluate local tour guides, building a sustainable pipeline to support expanding travel experiences in Thailand.

You will partner with universities, tourism associations, and industry stakeholders, conduct structured interviews, and coordinate onboarding while maintaining accurate CRM records and weekly progress reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field (preferred).
• 1–3 years in business development, recruitment, partnerships, or tourism operations.
• Experience sourcing and interviewing candidates through online and offline channels.
• Familiarity with tour operators, DMCs, and university career services is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Source and evaluate qualified local tour guides through multiple channels.
• Build partnerships with universities, tourism associations, and industry stakeholders.
• Conduct screening interviews and document candidate profiles and analyses.
• Coordinate onboarding, documentation, and introductory arrangements.
• Maintain CRM records and weekly pipeline reports.
