The Headlines:

In the role of Lead Tour Representatives, you will represent Molson Coors as the first face-to- face point of contact with guests of the Coors Brewery Tour. You will p rovide hospitality services and one-on-one interactions, which will ensure a positive, informative and quality experience that is memorable to all customers.

The Responsibilities:

  • Give a verbal hour long walking tour to groups of up to 14 people, pour beer to visitors, explain our beers and processes, drive tour busses of up to 14 people from our tour parking lot to our brewery while giving the visitors a short verbal tour while driving
  • Change and move kegs
  • Work at our onsite employee pub and various company events as support staff.
  • Rotate through being the MIC (Manager in Charge) on designated days Thursdays-Mondays from 8am-6pm which includes being the only manager on site handling all guest issues, staffissues, process concerns, safety concerns, maintenance issues, housekeeping issues, weather and evacuation emergencies for up to 30 tour representatives and ~900 visiting guests in a day.
  • Check the staff in/out, call in additional staff as needed, lunches are taken, step in with guest issues, lead the staff and guests in case of emergencies, and handle/report any issues that arise.
  • Assist with trainings, events, working Bills (the employee pub).

The Other Qualifications:

  • High School graduate
  • 21+ years of age
  • Must have valid driver’s license and be competent at driving
  • Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication, team work, customer service skills, and
  • Previous leadership skills
  • Must be able to walk/stand for duration of shift as well as comfortable sitting for long period of time
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Must be able to project your voice to a group of 14 people
  • Must be able to memorize and deliver a 1 hour script to tour visitors
  • Must be able to step in and take charge of confrontational situations, think clearly, and act appropriately
  • Must be available 5 days a week/40 hours including Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays with times ranging from 5:30am-12:30am

Job Posting Hourly Rate:$18.17-$23.65
