Job Description

Join a great team at Natural Bridge Caverns as a Cavern Tour Guide! We seek energetic employees who love learning and want to grow within our company. Tour Guides should be cheerful, kind, knowledgeable, and patient when engaging with guests. Every tour should be the best of the day. When not guiding tours, you'll work in our retail or concession areas, operating Point of Sale systems or maintaining our grounds and facilities. If you're eager to learn, meet interesting guests, and build fun relationships with coworkers, Natural Bridge Caverns is the place for you!

All training is conducted in-house, and prior experience in tourism or hospitality is not required. Training occurs within the first week and combines hands-on and one-on-one instruction.

Compensation

Starting at $11.00 - $13.00 per hour. Pay increases typically occur within the first week once training is complete.
