Job summary

Yellowstone Vacations in West Yellowstone, MT seeks a Tour Driver to join our team for the busy season. You will transport guests on interpretive sightseeing tours in Yellowstone National Park, sharing insights and answering questions, while keeping safety and schedules on track.

This position offers weekly pay, employee discounts, free tours, and opportunities for growth. A valid drivers license and experience driving large vehicles are preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires a valid drivers license.
• 2 years of experience driving large vehicles.
• Current First Aid/CPR certification.
• Medical Examiners Certificate (MCSA-5876) valid through 11/2/2026.
• In-depth knowledge of Yellowstone National Park is preferred.
• Clear communication and ability to convey information to guests.

Responsibilities

• Transport guests and associates safely.
• Provide quality interpretation about Yellowstone knowledge.
• Maintain vehicle maintenance and report issues immediately.
• Follow assigned routes and schedules.
• Keep accurate passenger census records.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Contribute to a safe, welcoming tour experience.

Delaware North Parks and Resorts is searching for a full-time or part-time Tour Driver to join our team at Yellowstone Vacations in West Yellowstone, Montana. What will you do?

• Transport guests and associates in a safe manner
• Give quality interpretation about Yellowstone knowledge
• Ensure that proper maintenance is performed on the coach and report any mechanical or safety problems to management
• Follow regularly assigned routes and schedules
• Maintain accurate record keeping of passenger’s census
• Report any incidents or accidents to management immediately
• Always maintain a safe atmosphere on the vehicle
• Perform other duties as assigned

More about you

• In depth knowledge of Yellowstone National Park
• A valid driver’s license
• 2 years of experience driving large vehicles
• Current First Aid/CPR valid through 11/2/2026
• Current Medical Examiner’s Certificate MCSA-5876 valid through 11/2/2026
• Prior tour industry experience is beneficial
• Ability to drive in all types of weather conditions including snow, ice, sleet, rain, hail and wind
• Ability to speak clearly and communicate well
• Must be able to commit for our entire season (May-October)

Physical requirements

• Vision must be sufficient that the driver is not restricted in the performance of duties day or night
• Must be able to walk boardwalks and climb stairs
• Must be able to sit for long periods
• Must be able to stand and bend
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds
• Must be able to hear traffic and security radio
