Responsibilities

• Perform touch-up, rework, and repair of electronic assemblies, PCBs, and components.
• Conduct precision soldering and desoldering of through-hole and SMT components.
• Identify and correct defects such as solder bridges, insufficient solder, misplaced components, and damaged circuitry.
• Read and interpret assembly drawings, schematics, blueprints, and work instructions.
• Utilize microscopes, soldering stations, and hand tools to perform repairs and inspections.
• Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with IPC standards, customer requirements, and quality specifications.
• Document rework activities, repairs performed, and quality findings accurately.
• Follow ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) procedures and maintain a safe work environment.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to resolve product issues and improve processes.
