Job summary

Medtronic is seeking a field-based professional to lead the deployment of the Touch Surgery ecosystem across the Western United States. The role requires extensive travel (75-100%), direct collaboration with surgeons, OR staff, IT teams, and biomedical engineers to ensure readiness and adoption of solutions in clinical environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of relevant experience OR advanced degree with 0+ years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute concurrent implementations of the Touch Surgery ecosystem across healthcare organizations.
• Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, OR leaders, residents, IT teams, and biomedical engineering teams.
• Install, configure, test, and validate hardware and software solutions in hospital environments.
• Deliver customer training, implementation meetings, and go-live support for users.
• Troubleshoot deployment challenges and coordinate resolutions with stakeholders.
• Assess environments, identify risks, and develop contingency plans for deployments.
• Partner with sales on pre-sales activities and evaluation planning.
• Share feedback with product, engineering, and customer success teams for improvements.
