Qualifications

• Extensive experience engaging multiple stakeholder groups across hospital or health system environments.
• Experience in healthcare technology, medical devices, or perioperative services.
• Ability to travel 75%+ within territory and work remotely in the Midwest region.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer engagement activities across live accounts with surgeons, nurses, OR leaders, administrators, residents, IT teams, and executives.
• Drive adoption and utilization by aligning solutions to clinical workflows and organizational objectives.
• Analyze usage data and translate insights into action plans to improve adoption, retention, and growth.
• Facilitate executive business reviews and present outcomes and metrics to hospital stakeholders.
• Partner with Sales to identify expansion opportunities within health systems and support commercial objectives.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to communicate feedback and enhancement opportunities.
• Deliver product training and support feature adoption; assist with operational troubleshooting.
• Support implementation and go-live activities for assigned projects.
